Global performance assessment service & tool
McDonald’s was completely revamping their process of restaurant performance and needed help defining the process, as well as creating a user-friendly digital tool to support it. Over the period of several months, we conducted global research, defined the process and created the tool, and helped them craft a strategy to roll this out to their employees and franchisees. The process rolled out in 2022 and is currently being utilized by all of McDonald’s 38,000 stores.
Redesigning a complex, internal tool
J&J had a poorly functioning procurement platform that required users to know the correct commodity code before requesting any item from computer paper to gene sequencers. We helped them understand their employees’ needs and behaviors and designed a more user-friendly NLU-based wizard to help employees get their request in more efficiently, easily and successfully. The updated tool is currently in development build to be launched later in 2022.
Designing a blockchain data exchange platform
We helped JPM design a platform for the global market to more efficiently transfer money and data across international borders via blockchain technology, as well as an application on the platform to pre-approve payments before they’re sent (avoiding millions in penalty fees for users). Our team worked collaboratively with the JPM to define the products and their value and subsequently designed the products to take to market.
